Velztorm Ferrux II Gaming Desktop

This Velztorm Ferrux II system is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900K processor with 16 cores and 24 threads. It includes 32GB of DDR4 memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD for the operating system and games. The graphics card is a GeForce RTX 3070 with 8GB of GDDR6 memory.

Suits 1440p gaming and multitasking.

The configuration suits players targeting high frame rates at 1440p resolution and creators who edit video or compile code while streaming. Buyers who want 4K ultra settings or need more than 32GB of memory for heavy virtualisation should look at a different specification.

750W power supply with 240mm AIO liquid cooler

The chassis houses a 750W power supply and a 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler with RGB lighting. This cooling and power combination supports the i9-12900K and RTX 3070 under sustained load without requiring the buyer to select separate components.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the 240 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler keep the i9-12900K during all-day gaming?

The 240 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler is designed to handle the i9-12900K heat output, maintaining lower temperatures and quieter operation than air coolers under sustained load.

Which display cable do I need to connect my monitor to the RTX 3070?

The RTX 3070 provides one DisplayPort output, so a DisplayPort cable is required for the primary gaming monitor.

Will my existing DDR4 memory modules work if I want to expand beyond the installed 32 GB?

The system uses DDR4 DIMM slots; any compatible DDR4 modules can be added up to the motherboard maximum capacity.
