Processor and graphics

This Velztorm Lux desktop pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 5950X processor with a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card. The CPU reaches 4.9 GHz boost clocks and includes 64 MB of L3 cache. The GPU provides 8 GB of GDDR6 memory and supports DirectX 12. The system targets gamers and creators who want high core counts for multitasking and content creation alongside dedicated graphics.

Memory storage and connectivity

Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 system memory and a 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD come installed. The platform offers four USB 3.0 Type-A ports, USB 3.1 Gen2, two USB 2.0 ports, USB 3.1 Type-C Gen2, USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2, HDMI, DisplayPort, and separate microphone and headphone jacks. Network access uses 802.11ac Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet. No optical drive or card reader is included.

Cooling and power

A 360 mm all-in-one liquid cooler handles the CPU thermal load while RGB fans add airflow and lighting. The 1000 W power supply delivers headroom for the components. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed. The white chassis completes the build.

Questions about this item

At what point does the Ryzen 9 5950X hit its 4.9 GHz ceiling during long gaming sessions?

The 16-core processor is rated to reach 4.9 GHz maximum boost, so sustained all-core loads will settle at or below that figure depending on the 360mm liquid cooler's thermal headroom.

How loud and hot does the 360mm AIO and RTX 3050 get after hours of continuous play?

The 360mm liquid CPU cooler and the graphics card's WINDFORCE 3X cooler are designed to dissipate heat from the 5950X and RTX 3050, keeping noise and temperatures controlled during extended use.

Which display cables and monitor inputs do I need ready for the RTX 3050's video outputs?

The card provides one HDMI and one DisplayPort connection, so have a compatible monitor cable for either interface to get a picture.
