Velztorm Tentorix gaming desktop

The Velztorm Tentorix is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by a 4th Gen AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D processor with 96MB cache, 8 cores and 16 threads running up to 4.5 GHz. It pairs that CPU with a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card featuring 8GB GDDR6 memory and PCIe 4.0 support. The system includes 32GB DDR4 RAM and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD, all cooled by a 240mm AIO liquid cooler and driven by a 750W power supply. Windows 11 Home comes installed.

Compatibility checks before ordering

Confirm that your display provides either an HDMI or a DisplayPort input to match the graphics outputs. The motherboard uses DDR4 DIMM slots, so any future memory upgrades must be DDR4 modules. Wireless connectivity relies on 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0; ensure your router and peripherals support these standards. The chassis includes RGB lighting and the 240mm AIO cooler, so verify that your workspace can accommodate a standard desktop tower.

Ideal users and limitations

This PC suits gamers and content creators who want a ready-to-use system with strong 8-core performance and VR-ready graphics. Buyers who need more than 1TB of fast storage or who plan to install multiple large drives should look elsewhere. Users requiring higher graphics memory or a newer GPU architecture will not find that here. The fixed 750W power supply limits future upgrades that demand significantly more power.

Questions about this item

Does the Velztorm Tentorix come with a monitor or do I need to buy one separately?

The system ships without a monitor; you will need to supply your own display and connect it via the HDMI or DisplayPort outputs on the RTX 3060 Ti.

Should I choose the 32GB DDR4 option or upgrade to 64GB for this build?

The 32GB DDR4 configuration matches the 8-core Ryzen 7 5800X3D and RTX 3060 Ti well for current gaming; 64GB is only needed if you run heavy content-creation workloads alongside games.

What does the 4.5 GHz boost clock on the Ryzen 7 5800X3D mean for real-world frame rates?

The 4.5 GHz single-core boost combined with 96MB L3 cache reduces latency in CPU-bound titles, letting the RTX 3060 Ti stay fed at 1080p and 1440p without bottlenecking.
