Velztorm Nix Snow White Desktop

The Velztorm Nix Snow White desktop is a pre-built gaming system centred on a 6-core AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor and a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card with 16GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 1TB SATA SSD running Windows 10 Home. The white chassis includes a 750W power supply and air CPU cooling. Buyers who want more storage than the single SATA drive provides should look elsewhere.

Installation and common issues

The computer arrives assembled and tested after the manufacturer box was opened for component installation and inspection. Windows 10 Home is pre-installed, so first boot leads straight to the out-of-box experience. The only physical step is connecting a display to the graphics card via HDMI and plugging in peripherals. Builders who need a second graphics card or additional internal drive bays not present in this chassis will find the platform limiting.

Sustained-load behaviour

The 750W power supply and air CPU cooler are sized for the 6-core processor and Radeon RX 6900 XT under continuous gaming workloads. DirectX 12 Ultimate support and Radeon Anti-lag remain active during extended sessions. Thermal performance depends on case airflow, which is fixed by the Snow White chassis design. Users who expect liquid cooling or higher-wattage headroom for overclocking beyond the factory configuration will not find it here.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the Ryzen 5 5600X is reaching its 4.6 GHz boost after setup?

Open Task Manager Performance tab or a monitoring utility and run a demanding game; the CPU clock should rise toward 4.6 GHz while temperatures stay within normal limits under the air cooler.

Which components are included in the Snow White desktop and which must be purchased separately?

The box contains the assembled PC with 5600X processor, Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB GDDR6, 16GB DDR4, 1TB SATA SSD, 750W supply, Windows 10 Home, keyboard and mouse; a monitor, Wi-Fi adapter and Bluetooth dongle are not included.

Should I choose the 16GB DDR4 configuration or step up to 32GB, 64GB or 128GB?

16GB DDR4 handles current games well; select 32GB if you stream or edit video, 64GB for heavy multitasking or virtual machines, and 128GB only for specialised workstation workloads.
