Velztorm Orix i9-12900K desktop

The Velztorm Orix is a new gaming desktop built around a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900K processor with 16 cores and 24 threads. It pairs that CPU with a GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card carrying 8 GB of GDDR6 memory. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR5 system memory and a 1 TB SATA solid-state drive complete the core specification. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit comes pre-installed.

Suits 1440p gamers and content creators

This system targets users who want high frame rates at 1440p resolution and strong multi-threaded performance for rendering or streaming. The 850 W power supply and 360 mm AIO liquid cooler support sustained heavy loads. Buyers who need more than 16 GB of RAM or a larger boot drive should look at a different configuration.

1 TB SATA SSD sets storage speed

The single 1 TB SATA SSD determines how quickly games and applications load. Sequential read and write speeds are limited by the SATA interface rather than a PCIe 4.0 bus. No additional hard drive or secondary SSD is included, so capacity expansion relies on free motherboard slots.

Questions about this item

Will the 360mm AIO liquid cooler need coolant replacement or pump service?

The sealed 360mm AIO liquid cooler is maintenance-free; no coolant refill or pump service is required during its normal lifespan.

Which component reaches its limit first during sustained heavy loads?

The RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 frame buffer fills before the 16GB DDR5 system memory or the 850W power supply becomes a bottleneck.

How loud and hot does the system get when running all day?

The 360mm AIO keeps the i9-12900K at manageable temperatures with low fan noise, while the 850W supply runs efficiently under continuous load.
