Pilum Desktop with Ryzen 7 3700X

The Velztorm Pilum is a gaming desktop built around an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor running at 3.60 GHz with a 4.4 GHz boost. It pairs that CPU with a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card carrying 8 GB of GDDR6 memory. The system ships with 128 GB of DDR4 RAM and a 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD, all powered by a 750 W supply and cooled by a 120 mm AIO liquid cooler. Windows 10 Pro comes pre-installed.

Suits 1080p gaming; not for 4K or heavy compute

This configuration suits players who target 1080p resolution with the RTX 3050 and developers who need 128 GB of memory for virtual machines or large datasets. Buyers who want 4K frame rates or professional GPU compute performance should look at a system with a higher-tier graphics card. The lack of built-in Wi-Fi or Bluetooth also means users needing wireless connectivity must add their own adapters.

128 GB DDR4 capacity decides fit

The single specification that determines whether this desktop fits the buyer is the 128 GB DDR4 memory capacity. Workloads such as heavy multitasking, container hosting or memory-intensive content creation benefit directly from that amount, while lighter gaming or office use would not utilise it. If the workflow does not demand that much RAM, a system with less memory would serve the same CPU and GPU just as well.
