System identity

The Velztorm Pilum is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X eight-core processor and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card. It ships with 32GB of DDR4 memory and a dual-drive layout combining a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD with a 1TB hard drive. Windows 10 Home is installed and the chassis includes a 750W power supply and a 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler with RGB lighting.

Graphics capability

The installed GeForce RTX 3050 provides 8GB of GDDR6 video memory and supports DirectX 12 and G-SYNC. This specification determines the resolution and detail settings the system can handle in modern titles. Buyers who need higher frame rates at 1440p or 4K, or who want more VRAM for content creation, should look at a system with a more powerful graphics card.

Build integration

The desktop uses a standard ATX form factor measuring 8.65 by 17 by 19.4 inches and weighs 22.25lb, so it fits typical mid-tower cases and desk spaces. Connectivity includes Ethernet LAN, HDMI, DisplayPort, USB 3.1 Gen1, five USB 3.0 Type-A ports and four USB 2.0 ports. The 750W power supply and liquid cooler are already installed, leaving the PCIe x16 slot and drive bays available for future upgrades.

Questions about this item

How does the Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core processor perform in a finished desktop?

The 3.60 GHz base clock boosts to 4.4 GHz across 8 cores and 16 threads with 32 MB L3 cache, giving strong multi-threaded throughput for gaming and content creation in this pre-built system.

What does the GeForce RTX 3050 PCIe 4.0 interface actually deliver?

The card runs on a PCIe 4.0 x16 link with 8 GB GDDR6 memory, supporting DirectX 12 and G-SYNC; bandwidth is limited by the x16 slot and the CPU's lane allocation.

Will the 120 mm AIO liquid cooler and 750 W power supply fit in the 8.65 x 17 x 19.4 inch chassis?

Yes, the 120 mm radiator mounts in the case and the 750 W unit is housed internally; the case dimensions accommodate both without modification.
