Velztorm Septex Desktop with Ryzen 7 7700X

The Velztorm Septex is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 7700X processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card. It ships with 64GB of DDR5 memory, a 1TB PCIe NVMe solid-state drive, and Windows 10 Pro installed. A 360mm AIO liquid cooler and a 1000W power supply support the components in a black chassis.

Suits 1440p gamers; not for 4K ultra

This system suits players targeting high refresh rates at 1440p resolution in current titles. The 8GB GDDR6 frame buffer on the RTX 3060 Ti limits performance at 4K ultra settings or in heavy VR workloads. Buyers who need more than 1TB of fast storage or who plan to run multiple graphics cards should consider a different platform.

64GB DDR5 memory capacity fixed at purchase

The desktop arrives with 64GB of DDR5 DIMM memory installed. The configuration list shows 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB as the only selectable options, so the total capacity is decided when the order is placed. Verify your workload requirements before buying, as the memory amount cannot be changed later without opening the system.

Questions about this item

What case clearance does the 360 mm AIO liquid cooler require?

The RGB 360 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler fits the Septex desktop chassis; verify your case supports a 360 mm radiator and three fan positions before installing.

Which step is often missed when installing the Ryzen 7 7700X into the motherboard?

Align the triangle marker on the 8‑core processor with the socket corner, lower the retention arm fully, then connect the AIO pump header and RGB cable before closing the case.

When should the AIO coolant and thermal paste be renewed on this build?

Plan to refresh the liquid‑cooling fluid and re‑apply paste on the 4.5 GHz CPU every two to three years to maintain optimal temperatures.
