Compact Indoor Accent Lighting

This pair of rechargeable LED wall sconces provides wireless accent lighting for indoor spaces such as closets, stairs and living rooms. Each unit measures 2.8 by 1.5 by 3.6 inches with a modern black finish. The magnetic base allows tool-free mounting on metal surfaces or the included hardware. Two lights are supplied for multi-room coverage.

Motion-Activated Efficiency

A built-in infrared sensor triggers automatically when ambient light falls below 20 lux and detects movement within 3 metres across a 120-degree angle. The light stays on for 30 seconds before fading out to conserve battery charge. Three slide-switch modes — ON, AUTO and OFF — plus touch dimming let you set output from a soft glow up to 170 lumens of 3000K warm white light.

Upgrade From Battery Puck Lights

These sconces replace disposable battery puck lights that require frequent cell changes and offer only fixed brightness. The jump is worth it when you want rechargeable convenience, motion-activated hands-free operation and adjustable warm light for hallways or bedrooms. They are not suited for buyers who need hardwired permanent fixtures or weatherproof outdoor illumination.

Questions about this item

How do I install the magnetic base on the wall, and what step is often missed?

Mount the supplied hardware to the wall first, then snap the light onto the magnetic base; the step often missed is checking that the surface is clean and flat so the magnet holds securely.

What maintenance will the rechargeable battery need over time?

The built-in battery is recharged via USB; when run-time drops noticeably, the entire unit is replaced as the battery is not user-replaceable.

At what ambient light level does the motion sensor stop activating the light?

The sensor only triggers when ambient brightness is below 20 lux, so in brighter rooms the auto mode will not turn the light on.
