Network dome camera for outdoor surveillance

The VERINT S5120 is a fixed dome network camera built for all-weather exterior monitoring. It captures 2 MP video at 1920 x 1080 resolution using a CMOS sensor. A varifocal 3–9 mm lens provides 3x optical zoom for adjustable field of view. The housing supports surface mounting on walls or ceilings.

Suits sites needing varifocal coverage over cable

Installers who need remote focal-length adjustment without replacing the lens will benefit from the 3x optical zoom range. The camera streams H.264 and Motion JPEG over a wired RJ-45 connection for stable bandwidth. Buyers requiring wireless connectivity or built-in infrared illumination should look elsewhere as neither feature is listed.

3–9 mm varifocal lens with 3x optical zoom

The adjustable focal length between 3 mm and 9 mm is the specification that determines whether the camera covers the desired scene width and distance. A 3x optical zoom lets operators narrow or widen the view remotely after installation. Fixed-lens cameras cannot offer this flexibility.
