Online double-conversion UPS delivers 1500VA/1350W pure sine-wave power from a 2U rack/tower chassis with six NEMA 5-15R outlets and included network card
The Vertiv GXT5-1500LVRT2UXLN is an online double-conversion UPS rated at 1500VA and 1350W for 120V environments. Its 2U rack/tower chassis fits standard racks or stands on a desk, protecting servers, network gear and edge devices with pure sine-wave output. The included RDU120 network card enables remote monitoring through Vertiv management platforms.
The unit operates from 32°F to 104°F in humidity up to 95% non-condensing, and stores safely down to -4°F. Input voltage acceptance spans 60V to 150V at 40Hz to 70Hz auto-sensing, reducing battery transfers. Unity power factor and high-efficiency topology keep waste heat and audible noise low during normal double-conversion running.
Six rear outlets accept standard North American plugs without adapters. The front-panel LCD gives immediate status and battery-health prediction, while the RDU120 card adds SNMP and web access for infrastructure tools. VRLA batteries recharge in three hours and deliver 18.8 minutes at half load or 6.7 minutes at full load, with matching external cabinets available for longer runtime.

Power down the UPS, remove the expansion slot cover on the rear panel, insert the RDU101 card firmly until it seats, secure the retaining screws, then power the unit back on and configure the IP address through the front LCD menu.
The intelligent battery management system tracks health and predicts a replacement date; typical VRLA life is three to five years at 25 °C, and the LCD will display a battery replacement warning when capacity drops below the threshold.
At full load the unit provides 6.7 minutes of runtime; the thermal limit for continuous operation is 40 °C ambient, so sustained full-load discharges in hotter environments will trigger overtemperature protection sooner.
