The Vestil FL-LKL-4 is a steel floor lock designed to secure equipment fitted with four-inch diameter casters. It bolts to a standard C-pattern top plate measuring 3-9/16 by 3-7/8 inches. Warehouse staff and maintenance teams use it to prevent unwanted rolling on level concrete floors.

Locking Behaviour Under Continuous Use

The lock engages by dropping a friction pad from a retracted height of 4-3/8 inches to an extended height of 5-1/4 inches. This 7/8-inch stroke is intended for occasional positioning rather than high-cycle duty. The steel construction resists deformation when the lock remains engaged for long shifts.

Mounting Constraints of the C Pattern
