The VEVOR 110V turning roll supports cylindrical workpieces up to 1000 kg horizontal loading capacity with a 600 W motor. It is built for welding shops that need steady rotation of pipes or tanks during seam welding. The unit includes a torch stand to hold the gun in a fixed position while the workpiece turns.

Speed range and diameter limits

Rotation speed adjusts between 80 and 1600 mm/min to suit different weld procedures. The 250 mm diameter PU rollers accept workpieces from 25 to 800 mm outer diameter on the inner hole setting and 600 to 1400 mm on the outer hole setting. The 50 mm roller width and 315 mm turntable diameter define the contact area for load distribution.

Installation notes

The package supplies a control box, foot pedal, power cord, aviation plug for the welding machine, gun holder and user manual. Wiring the aviation plug to the welder and positioning the heavy 166.7 kg frame on a level floor are the main steps.
