The VEVOR NumberCNC-100 is a rotary welding positioner built for workshops that need controlled rotation and tilt during fabrication. It handles workpieces up to 441 lbs horizontally and 220 lbs vertically, covering small structural assemblies and pipe sections. Electric drive and a foot-pedal switch give the operator hands-free speed control while welding, cutting or grinding. Carbon-steel construction keeps the unit rigid under load.

At the rated 0.55 RPM the turntable moves slowly enough for consistent bead placement on lighter fixtures. Horizontal capacity reaches 441 lbs, while vertical mounting drops to 220 lbs because the centre of gravity shifts. The fixed speed suits repetitive tasks but offers no high-speed range for rapid positioning between passes. Heavier or off-centre loads will exceed the motor torque before the table stalls.

-45° to 90° Tilt and 360° Rotation Limits

The tilt range runs from -45° to 90°, letting the operator present the joint at flat, horizontal or overhead angles without reclamping. Full 360° rotation is continuous, so long seams can be welded in a single pass. The 120 W motor and fixed 0.55 RPM define the practical envelope; faster rotation or steeper tilt angles are not available on this model.
