18-Pack White Acoustic Panels

The VEVOR 18-pack delivers polyester-fibre panels measuring 11.8 by 11.8 by .4 inch each. High-density construction targets mid- to high-frequency absorption in home studios, offices, theatres and classrooms. Diamond-grid patterning adds visual texture while maintaining consistent performance across the full set.

NRC 0.85 Absorption Rating

A noise reduction coefficient of 0.85 indicates strong mid- to high-frequency absorption for the panel thickness provided. This single figure determines whether the product matches the echo-control needs of a given room. Lower-frequency issues will require thicker or supplementary treatment not covered by these panels.

Lightweight Polyester Fibre Build

Each panel weighs approximately 3.08 kg per 18-piece set, placing minimal load on walls or ceilings. The E0-grade material emits no noticeable odour and is safe for skin contact during handling. Self-adhesive 3M backing allows tool-free mounting without mechanical fasteners that could transmit vibration.

Questions about this item

What does the 0.85 NRC rating mean for echo control in a typical room?

An NRC of 0.85 indicates the panels absorb roughly 85% of incident mid- to high-frequency sound energy, noticeably reducing echo and reverberation when applied to walls or ceilings.

How does the self-adhesive 3M backing perform on painted drywall over time?

The 3M self-adhesive backing bonds securely to clean painted drywall, allowing tool-free mounting that resists peeling under normal indoor conditions.

Will the 11.8-inch square panels with 45-degree bevels cover a 12.8-inch grid without gaps?

Each panel measures 11.81 inches square with a 45° bevel edge; the bevel allows tight edge-to-edge fit but does not extend coverage to a 12.8-inch grid spacing.
