High-output commercial ice cream maker

The VEVOR BY7225 produces 20 to 25 litres of hard-serve ice cream per hour from an 8-litre stainless-steel cylinder. A 2400 W compressor delivers an 18-minute rapid cycle. It suits restaurants and snack bars that need continuous, high-volume output.

Stand-alone floor unit with digital control

The machine operates on its own power supply and requires only a standard electrical connection and ambient temperatures between 5 and 38 °C. The digital panel handles automatic cooling, one-click cleaning and adjustable hardness settings, freeing staff from manual monitoring during peak periods.

69 dB noise level with 132 kg stainless frame

In normal use the unit runs at 69 dB while the 304 stainless-steel body and 132 kg mass provide stable, vibration-free operation. The compressor manages heat rejection internally, so no external water circuit or additional ventilation ducting is needed.

Questions about this item

How many litres per hour can the BY7225 sustain before the 8 L cylinder limits output?

The machine is rated for 20 to 25 L per hour with an 8 L cylinder, so the cylinder capacity is the first limit under continuous production.

What noise and heat levels should be expected when the 2400 W compressor runs all day?

The unit emits 69 dB and operates in ambient temperatures up to 38 °C, so expect noticeable sound and heat during extended use.

Which power supply and water connections must already be on site for the BY7225 to operate?

A 2400 W electrical supply is required; no plumbing hook-up is listed, so only a suitable power circuit is needed.
