Four-piece polyurethane stamp set

This set contains four square mats measuring 24 by 24 inches each, made from high-strength polyurethane. They are designed to imprint a realistic slate stone texture onto fresh concrete surfaces such as patios, driveways, and pool decks. A touch-up skin is included for detail work.

Reusable moulds for repeated projects

The polyurethane material resists wear, cracking, and water, allowing each mat to be used hundreds of times across multiple jobs. Two integrated handles on the back of every skin enable a firm grip for lifting cleanly from curing concrete without distorting the pattern.

Fixed dimensions limit layout options

Each mat covers a 60.9 by 60.9 centimetre area with a thickness ranging from 12 to 25 millimetres. The square shape and set size restrict coverage to configurations that match these increments, so irregular or larger continuous expanses require additional sets or cutting.

Questions about this item

How much physical effort is needed to lift and reposition each 24 x 24 in polyurethane mat during a full day of stamping?

Each mat measures 24 x 24 in and is 12 to 25 mm thick, made from high-strength polyurethane with two sturdy handles on the back for easier lifting and repositioning.

What additional tools or materials must I already have to use these stamp mats on fresh concrete?

You will need fresh concrete placed and levelled, a suitable release agent to prevent sticking, and standard finishing tools such as floats or trowels before pressing the mats into the surface.

Can these 60.9 cm square mats be used alongside older, differently sized stamp tools without leaving visible seams?

The four mats are uniform 24 x 24 in squares with a slate stone texture; aligning them with older tools of different dimensions or patterns may create visible joints unless carefully planned.
