Commercial Deep Fryer

The VEVOR GF90 is a natural gas powered commercial deep fryer built for professional kitchens. It provides a 40 lb oil capacity and 90,000 BTU output across three burners for high-volume frying during peak service.

Dual Baskets and Cool Zone

Two nickel-plated fry baskets with anti-slip handles allow simultaneous cooking of different foods. A cool zone design prevents food particles from carbonising at the bottom, while a bottom drain and extension tube simplify oil removal and extend oil lifespan.

Capacity and Limits

The 40 lb tank handles continuous batch frying of items such as fries, chicken, and burgers. Temperature adjusts mechanically from 200 to 400 °F with an automatic safety shutdown at 450 °F plus flame failure gas cutoff. The unit weighs 130.07 lb and requires a natural gas connection.

Questions about this item

How often will the oil need changing with the cool-zone tank design?

The cool-zone design prevents scrap carbonisation, extending oil life and reducing waste, though exact change intervals depend on volume and food type.

What temperature limit triggers the automatic safety shutdown?

An automated shutdown activates at 450 °F, and a flame-failure cutoff stops gas flow if the burners go out.

How much natural gas does the 90,000 BTU triple-burner system consume during all-day operation?

The three burners deliver a combined 90,000 BTU per hour; actual gas consumption varies with thermostat setting and duty cycle.
