15U Open Frame Rack with Adjustable Depth

The VEVOR HT-W6415 is a 15U open frame rack designed for network and AV equipment. It suits installers who need a freestanding or wall mounted solution with flexible depth. The 19 inch mounting width accepts standard servers, routers and patch panels.

Included Hardware and Grounding Kit

The bundle supplies 145 M5 cross head screws, ten M6 cage nuts and four M10 expansion screws for wall fixing. Two pallets, four casters and a grounding wire are also provided, so the rack can be rolled into position or bolted down without sourcing extra parts.

Floor or Wall Mounting Considerations

Casters allow the 31.9 lb frame to be moved easily before final placement. Wall mounting requires suitable anchors for the 150 lb limit, while floor mounting supports up to 300 lbs. The adjustable 23 to 40 inch depth must be set before tightening all fasteners to avoid rework.

Questions about this item

Will the M5*10 cross-head screws or cage nuts need replacing after repeated equipment changes?

The rack ships with 145 M5*10 screws and 10 M6*12 cage nuts; both are standard hardware that can be re-used, but threads may wear after many insertions so keep spares handy.

At what load does the 23-to-40-inch adjustable depth frame reach its limit first?

Wall-mounted the rack is rated for 150 lbs; floor-standing with casters it handles 300 lbs, so the wall-mount limit appears first under sustained heavy gear.

How much heat or noise does the steel frame add when it runs fully loaded all day?

The open carbon-steel frame has no fans or power supply, so it adds zero noise and negligible heat; only the installed equipment generates warmth and sound.
