The VEVOR KD-Y4554 is a bench-top rolling mill built for jewellers and metalsmiths who need to form gold, silver, platinum, brass or aluminium into sheet, square wire and half-round profiles. Its 45 mm roller width and three interchangeable functions cover the core shaping tasks in a small workshop or studio.

Adjustable 0-6 mm thickness

The T-bar adjustment sets roller spacing precisely from 0 to 6 mm, while the half-round grooves offer six diameter choices from 2 to 8 mm and the square grooves provide seven sizes from 2 to 6 mm. This range handles most sheet and wire reduction work, but the 45 mm maximum rolling width limits the size of larger blanks.

45# steel rollers with heat-treated iron frame

Rollers made from 45# steel resist wear and deliver a mirror-like finish on processed metal. The machine body uses heat-treated iron plates coated with rust-resistant oil for corrosion protection. A 1:2.4 hand-crank gear ratio drives the rolls, and the unit mounts on a bench via the included M8 bolt, weighing 18.6 kg for stability during operation.
