1.3 × 3.2 ft Thatch Roof Roll

This VEVOR thatch roof roll measures 1.3 by 3.2 feet and weighs 1.21 lbs. It is made from PE material in a speckled yellow finish identified by colour code R5055. The roll is described as waterproof and fire-resistant. It suits garden structures and themed décor projects.

Suits tiki bars and event styling.

The roll works well for patio huts, poolside cabanas, beach-themed parties and duck blinds where a tropical look is wanted. Buyers needing load-bearing roof coverings, insulated panels or permanent weatherproof membranes should look at dedicated building materials instead.

Light roll that attaches to existing frames

At 0.55 kg the roll is light enough to fix to timber or metal frameworks without heavy fasteners. It frees the builder from sourcing natural palm thatch and from treating organic material for fire safety. The pack includes one thatch roof roll and a user manual.

Questions about this item

What size frame or roof deck do I need to cover with the 1.3 x 3.2 ft thatch panel?

The panel measures 1.3 by 3.2 feet, so your supporting structure should span at least those dimensions; allow a small overlap if you plan to join multiple rolls.

Can I layer this PE thatch over existing shingles or metal roofing without trapping moisture?

Yes, the lightweight PE material (1.21 lbs total) sits on top of older roof decks and its waterproof surface sheds rain, but ensure the substrate is dry and ventilated before installation.

How can I verify the fire-resistant rating is active after I install the roof?

Check that the speckled yellow colour code R5055 matches the label on the roll and that the material self-extinguishes when a small flame is applied to a hidden edge.
