Shower Curb Kit 38×60 in

This VEVOR VV-LYDZ-ABS3860P kit provides a complete shower-tray system measuring 38 in by 60 in. The EPS high-pressure foam tray forms a 5° slope toward a central 4 in drainage hole. Two XPS curbs at 38 in × 4.5 in × 6 in can be trimmed to length. A 304 stainless-steel grate and ABS flange seal the drain. The package includes water-impermeable membrane covering 121.3 sq ft plus corners, seals, a trowel and a drainage assistant for a watertight finish.

Check subfloor and drain alignment

Verify that the installation area accommodates the 38 in by 60 in tray footprint and that the existing drain pipe centres on the 4 in hole. The ABS flange is designed for 2 in pipes, so confirm pipe diameter before bonding. Ensure the subfloor is level and structurally sound to support the mortar bed and tile. The curbs are cuttable, but the tray size is fixed, so wall-to-wall clearance must match the stated dimensions.

Bundled membrane and tools simplify waterproofing

The two water-impermeable membrane sheets totalling 121.3 sq ft cover the tray and surrounding walls, removing the need to source separate roll material. Pre-formed inside and outside corners speed up corner detailing. The included trowel is sized for spreading mortar on the fluffy-textured tray surface. A valve and pipe seal plus the drainage assistant complete the drain assembly, reducing extra trips to the supply house.
