Shower tray dimensions and purpose

This shower curb kit provides a 38 in × 60 in EPS high-pressure foam tray with a built-in 5° slope toward a central 4 in drainage hole. It is designed for bathroom renovations where a ready-formed, water-impermeable base is required before tile or mortar finishing.

Drainage components and watertight sealing

The kit includes a PVC bonding flange with auxiliary drainage for 2 in pipes and a 304 stainless steel gravity-seal grate to prevent blockages. Two 38 in × 4.5 in × 6 in XPS curbs can be cut to length, while the 11.3 m² grey membrane, inside and outside corners, and valve seal create a continuous waterproof layer.

Included tools and adjustable curbs

A trowel is supplied for spreading mortar onto the membrane’s fluffy surface. The two cuttable curbs let installers adapt the entry width on site, and the flange collar plus drainage assistant simplify alignment with existing waste plumbing without extra parts.
