Four-pack dummy dome cameras with brackets

The VideoSecu DMY054 set supplies four imitation dome cameras that mount on walls or ceilings. Each unit carries a built-in flashing LED and fake infrared illuminators to mimic an active CCTV system. The realistic lens and dummy IR array make the cameras look genuine at a glance. They suit homeowners or small businesses wanting a low-cost visual deterrent without wiring.

Battery-powered mounting takes minutes

Installation requires only the included brackets and basic fixings; no cables or recorder connections are needed. Each camera runs on two AA batteries (not supplied) to drive the flashing light. The main issue is remembering to replace cells before the LED dims, otherwise the illusion of an active system fades. Outdoor use demands a sheltered spot because the housing is not weather-sealed.

Constant flash maintains the deterrent effect

The continuous blinking LED runs as long as the batteries hold charge, giving a steady visual cue day and night. Unlike a short burst, the persistent flash keeps the camera looking operational during extended absences. Battery life will determine how long the effect lasts without intervention. The free warning sticker adds a static reminder that complements the active light.
