Converts VGA and 3.5mm audio to HDMI at 720p or 1080p60 with included power supply
This VideoSecu converter connects a computer VGA output and 3.5 mm audio jack to an HDMI display. It up-scales the signal to 720p or 1080p at 60 Hz. The unit is powered by an included DC 5 V/1 A supply and requires no software installation.
The converter maintains the selected 720p/60 Hz or 1080p/60 Hz output during continuous operation. Auto-store remembers the chosen resolution so the link remains steady across power cycles. Supported input modes range from 640 x 480 up to 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz.
Verify the computer or media server provides a VGA port and a separate 3.5 mm audio output. The display must accept 720p or 1080p at 60 Hz over HDMI. A free DC 5 V/1 A power socket is also required for the included adapter.

It uses a DC 5V/1A power supply, so peak draw is only 5 watts. The small 119mm x 74mm x 23mm case has no fan, meaning silent operation and very little heat during all-day use.
You need a VGA cable from your PC or laptop and a 3.5mm audio cable for sound, plus an HDMI cable to reach the display. The box includes the converter and its 5V/1A power adapter.
Yes. That resolution is listed as the recommended input, and the unit auto-stores the output setting, so it will lock to 1080p/60Hz or 720p/60Hz on the HDMI side automatically.
