Analog CCTV camera with 1/3 inch CCD sensor, 3.6 mm lens, 480 TVL resolution and 20 IR LEDs for day/night surveillance
Camera Type Day/Night Camera
The VideoSecu VD21W is an analog CCTV camera with a 1/3 inch CCD sensor and 480 TVL resolution. It uses a 3.6 mm wide-angle lens and 20 IR LEDs for 0.0 Lux night vision. The wired BNC connection requires a traditional analog DVR and DC 12 V power.
Installers maintaining an existing analog DVR system from roughly 10 years ago can use this camera for indoor or outdoor coverage. Buyers building a new IP or HD system, or anyone expecting wireless or Wi-Fi operation, cannot use this model.
The box contains the camera, a power adapter, and a warning sticker. The adapter supplies the required DC 12 V so no separate power source is needed. The sticker provides visible deterrence but adds no technical capability.
