Two-Camera 480TVL Kit

This kit contains two dome cameras built around a 1/3 inch Sony Super HAD CCD sensor. Each unit delivers up to 480 TV lines of horizontal resolution through a 3.6mm wide-angle lens. The metal housings are weatherproof and vandal-resistant for indoor or outdoor mounting. Two 12V DC power supplies are included in the package.

Suits analog DVR systems only

These cameras output standard-definition analogue video over BNC connectors and require a compatible DVR, coaxial cable and monitor to operate. They will not work with IP networks, HD-SDI recorders or wireless bridges. Buyers who need megapixel resolution, PoE connectivity or standalone Wi-Fi recording should look elsewhere.

480 TV lines analogue output

The single specification that decides compatibility is the 480 TV line analogue signal carried on a wired BNC connection. If your recorder accepts only digital IP streams or HD-over-coax formats, these cameras will not produce a usable picture.
