It uses a 1/3-inch Pixim DPS sensor with wide dynamic range to capture 690 TV lines of horizontal resolution. The unit requires a separate recorder, monitor and cabling to operate.

690 TVL resolution and varifocal range

The Pixim DPS sensor processes each pixel independently to maintain image clarity in scenes with glare, direct sunlight or strong backlight where conventional cameras lose detail. A varifocal 4-9mm lens allows manual zoom and focus adjustment during installation so the field of view can be matched to the exact monitoring area. Thirty-six infrared LEDs provide night vision, while a mechanical IR-cut filter switches automatically for accurate daytime colour and improved low-light brightness.

Power supply and cable included

The box ships with a DC 12V power supply and a video-power extension cable, removing the need to source separate power adapters or Siamese cable runs for a basic installation. A free warning sticker is also supplied to support visible deterrence. The camera is not compatible with HD or IP-based systems and does not offer wireless connectivity.
