ViewSonic PJD6253 DLP Projector 3500 Lumens

The ViewSonic PJD6253 is a DLP business projector built for offices and classrooms. It delivers a brightness range of 3000 to 3500 lumens with a native 1024 x 768 resolution. The unit weighs 5.7 lbs and supports HD video modes up to 1080p. It arrives professionally tested with lamp and filter cleaned for immediate use.

Suited for meeting rooms not for dark cinema

This projector suits presenters who need readable slides in lit rooms and educators showing standard-definition content. Its 4000:1 contrast ratio handles text and data well. Buyers who want true 1080p native resolution for home cinema or widescreen gaming should look elsewhere. The 4:3 aspect ratio also limits modern widescreen formats.

Native 1024 x 768 resolution decides fit

The single specification that decides fit is the native 1024 x 768 XGA resolution. It determines the sharpness of text, the shape of the image and compatibility with legacy laptops. If your source outputs 1080p the projector scales it down to this grid. Match this resolution to your primary content before buying.
