65W USB-C Power Adapter

This 65W USB-C AC adapter delivers up to 20V 3.25A and is backward compatible with 45W 20V 2.25A devices. It accepts 110-240V input for worldwide use. The USB-C plug fits a wide range of laptops, Chromebooks, tablets and phones from HP, Lenovo, Samsung and others.

Suits USB-C devices needing up to 65W

Buyers whose hardware requires more than 65W should look at a higher-wattage unit. Devices limited to proprietary barrel connectors cannot use this adapter. Units that only support lower USB-PD profiles will still charge but at their own maximum rate.

Maximum output 65W at 20V 3.25A

This single figure decides whether the adapter can power your device. Check your laptop or tablet label for its required wattage and voltage; if it exceeds 65W or needs a different voltage, this unit will not be sufficient.

Questions about this item

What does 65 W output mean when I plug it in?

It can supply 20 V at 3.25 A, so a compatible laptop charges at full speed while you work.

Does the USB-C port limit the charging speed in any way?

The USB-C connector carries the full 65 W; the actual rate is set by the laptop's own power negotiation.
