System purpose

The visiPower kit pairs a 7-inch touchscreen indoor monitor with a wired 2MP 1080P doorbell camera for residential entry monitoring. It serves homeowners who want local video intercom and app-based control without a separate recorder. Buyers who need a completely wireless doorbell or battery operation should look elsewhere.

Wiring stability

The monitor connects to Wi-Fi for app access while the doorbell links to the monitor via a 2-core cable; distance limits are 100m with .5mm cable, 120m with .75mm cable and 150m with 1.5mm cable. The camera provides a 155° view with IR night vision and is rated rainproof, dustproof and anti-vandalism. No power-draw or thermal figures are supplied.

App and storage

Tuya Smart or Smart Life apps enable remote unlock, two-way talk and motion-triggered snapshots or recordings saved to a micro SD card installed in the monitor; without the card recording cannot function. The package includes one silver doorbell and one black monitor; no additional accessories or software licences are mentioned.

Questions about this item

How do I run the 2-core cable between the doorbell and the 7-inch monitor, and what gauge avoids signal loss?

Use a 2-core cable; 0.5 mm diameter reaches 100 m, 0.75 mm reaches 120 m, and 1.5 mm reaches 150 m for a stable wired link.

What ongoing upkeep does the system need for motion-triggered recording?

Insert a microSD card into the monitor; without it the camera cannot save snapshots or video clips when motion is detected.

At what viewing angle does the 1080P camera start to lose detail on the edges?

The lens covers 155°; beyond that angle the 2 MP sensor cannot resolve fine detail.
