Hybrid standalone mixed-reality headset

The VIVE Focus Vision is a hybrid standalone mixed-reality headset built for enterprise training, collaboration and simulation. It runs independently or connects to a PC via the included streaming kit for higher-fidelity content. Business Edition licensing and three years of VIVE Business+ device management are bundled.

Dual 2448×2448 LCD panels at 90 Hz

Inside-out tracking uses four cameras plus two eye-tracking cameras and full-colour pass-through, so no external base stations are required. Auto-IPD adjustment aligns the lenses automatically for each user. The 30 W AC adapter powers the headset and charges the swappable battery while the magnetic PU leather cushions and quick-release headstrap stay clean in shared environments.

5K combined resolution with 120° field of view

Foveated rendering reduces GPU workload by concentrating detail where the user looks, extending comfortable session length. The 90 Hz refresh rate and 120° field of view suit most training and design workflows. Buyers who need wider FoV, higher refresh rates or tethered-only PCVR feature sets should evaluate other form factors.

Questions about this item

What limits battery life during sustained standalone use?

The integrated battery powers the headset for untethered sessions, and the included 30 W AC adapter recharges it between uses.

How warm or loud does the headset get when running all day?

The headset uses passive cooling with no internal fan, so it runs silently; warmth stays at a level comparable to other standalone VR devices during extended wear.

What must I already own to use the streaming kit for PC VR?

A compatible Windows PC with a free USB port and DisplayPort output is required for the wired streaming kit to function.
