Wall-Mounted 12U Server Rack

The VIVO 12U open-frame rack mounts to a wall and accepts standard 19-inch servers, networking gear, AV equipment and patch panels. It provides 12 rack units of vertical space in a compact footprint suited to small server rooms or data closets where floor space is limited.

19-Inch Standard and 55 lb Limit

Equipment must conform to the 19-inch mounting width and the total installed weight cannot exceed 55 lbs. The usable internal depth is 21.3 inches, so devices deeper than that will not fit. The rack itself weighs 24.6 lbs and must be secured to wood studs or concrete.

Steel Frame With 180° Swing Gate

Solid steel construction forms the open frame, allowing unrestricted airflow around installed devices. A dual-hinged front gate swings 180 degrees left or right on spring-loaded pivot pins and can be removed entirely for assembly or maintenance access to rear cables.

Questions about this item

Which 12U or 19-inch version should I choose for my wall-mounted server rack?

This single model is a 12U open-frame rack that accepts standard 19-inch equipment, so there are no alternate versions or capacities to select from.

What does the 55 lb weight capacity mean once the rack is mounted on my wall?

The solid steel frame supports up to 55 lbs of servers, switches and patch panels combined, provided the wall studs or concrete anchors can handle the same load.

How does the 180-degree swing gate affect daily access to rear cables?

The dual-hinged front gate opens a full 180 degrees left or right on spring-loaded pins, giving unobstructed reach to rear panels and cables at any time.
