16-Device Mobile Charging Cart

The VIVO open charging cart stores and powers up to 16 laptops or tablets from a single wall outlet. It is built for classrooms or offices that need a shared pool of devices ready for daily use. The steel frame supports a total load of 110 lbs across all slots.

Power Distribution Limits

Sixteen built-in outlets feed the included power strip, so every device draws from one circuit. Each bay accepts hardware up to 1.2 inches thick, restricting use to slim laptops and tablets rather than bulky workstations. The internal cable tray measures 23.8 by 8 by 2.3 inches, limiting the size of power bricks that can be routed neatly.

Assembly and Common Issues

The unit arrives flat-packed and requires bolting the steel frame, casters and cable tray together. Four 3-inch casters, two of them lockable, roll on most hard floors and low-pile carpet. Misaligned holes during assembly can make the lockable casters bind, and over-tightening bolts may strip the pre-threaded steel.

Questions about this item

Should I pick a cart that holds 14 or 16 devices?

This model fits 16 devices total, with bays sized for up to 14 laptops or tablets. Choose it when you need the maximum number of charging slots in a single cart.

What does the 1.2-inch thickness limit mean when the cart is loaded?

Each bay measures 1.4 inches wide, so any device up to 1.2 inches thick slides in with a small clearance. Devices thicker than that will not fit in the slots.

How does the single wall outlet and internal power strip limit real-world charging?

The cart includes a power strip in the 23.8 x 8 x 2.3-inch cable tray. All 16 devices draw from that one wall outlet, so total charging speed depends on the strip's rating and your circuit.
