VIVO Cat6 500ft outdoor cable

This VIVO Cat6 bulk ethernet cable comes in a 500ft pull-box for custom network installations. It uses solid copper-clad aluminium conductors at 23 AWG with waterproof shielding for direct burial. The unshielded twisted-pair design suits outdoor runs where UV exposure is absent. No connectors are fitted, so lengths and terminations are user-defined.

Sustained outdoor performance

Waterproof shielding protects the four twisted pairs during long-term burial and wet conditions. The CCA construction keeps cost low but raises DC resistance, so voltage drop increases with cable length. The jacket is not UV rated and must stay out of direct sunlight. Power-over-Ethernet devices are not recommended on this cable.

23 AWG CCA conductor gauge

The 23 AWG copper-clad aluminium gauge determines voltage drop and PoE suitability. Buyers who need standards-compliant PoE or certified fire ratings cannot use this cable. Installers requiring UV-resistant jackets for exposed façade runs must choose a different product.
