Electric Standing Desk with 48" Top

This electric height-adjustable desk spans 47.3 by 29.5 inches and moves between 29.2 and 48.4 inches high. A single motor drives the steel frame at 25 mm/s with a push-button controller that stores four memory presets. The particle-board top is scratch resistant and supports up to 220 lbs of equipment.

Controller and Frame Extras

The push-button handset adds four programmable height presets so you can return to exact sitting and standing positions without guesswork. All-steel legs and a single motor keep motion smooth while the frame draws only 1 W in standby. Hardware and illustrated instructions ship in the box for self-assembly.

Clearance and Power Check

Verify the 23.5 by 2.7 inch foot pads fit your floor space and that the desk’s full height range clears any shelves or low ceilings above. Confirm a nearby mains outlet can reach the motor cable without an extension lead. Ensure the combined weight of monitors, arms and accessories stays within the 220 lb limit.

Questions about this item

How often will the push-button controller with 4 memory presets need replacement?

The controller is built into the frame and has no user-serviceable parts; it typically lasts the life of the desk under normal office use.

What limit appears first when the desk runs at the 25mm/s maximum speed through its full 29.2 to 48.4 height range?

The single motor reaches its thermal duty cycle after several consecutive full-stroke cycles, pausing movement until it cools.

How much noise and heat does the single motor produce when the desk operates all day at the 220 lbs weight capacity?

The motor runs quietly at low decibel levels and draws only 1W/H in standby; heat stays minimal even during frequent height changes.
