Mini Voice Recorder for Plush Toys

The VOICEGIFT Mini-Me 2 is a compact digital audio module designed to add a personal voice message to stuffed animals, pillows, or quilts. It records up to 60 seconds of audio using 8 MB of built-in flash memory. The device measures 1.7 by 1.7 by 0.75 inches and weighs .03 kilograms. It arrives ready to use with alkaline batteries included.

Suits Crafters and Gift-Givers Needing Simplicity

This recorder suits anyone making memory bears, custom plush gifts, or DIY sound projects who wants a screen-free, one-touch device with no app or Wi-Fi setup. It is not for buyers who need more than 60 seconds of total recording time, multiple separate message slots, or a rechargeable power source. The single REC/PLAY switch limits operation to basic record and playback only.

60-Second Capacity with Non-Volatile Storage

The 8 MB memory comfortably holds one 60-second message or several shorter clips that fit within the same limit. Playback triggers via a 3.5-millimeter headphone jack or the built-in speaker when squeezed. Recording time runs out at the 60-second mark with no option to expand storage. Battery life is rated for the same 60-second duration per set of alkaline cells.

Questions about this item

What power source does the recorder need before I can start recording?

It ships with alkaline batteries already installed, so no separate power supply or charging step is required.

Can I keep the 3.5 mm headphone jack connected while the unit sits inside a plush toy?

Yes, the 3.5 mm connector remains accessible for headphone monitoring even when the module is sewn into a toy or pillow.

How do I confirm the 60-second message has been stored correctly after pressing the REC switch?

Flip the switch to PLAY and press the button; the built-in speaker will replay the full recording so you can verify it immediately.
