Vokida YX328 Emergency Radio

The Vokida YX328 is a portable emergency radio built for anyone who needs reliable information and backup power during outages, storms or off-grid trips. It receives AM, FM and NOAA weather bands so you stay updated when mobile networks fail. The integrated 37000mWh battery, hand crank and solar panel give three independent ways to keep the unit running. It suits hikers, campers and households preparing a survival kit.

10000mAh capacity and three charging methods

The 10000mAh internal cell powers the 2-watt speaker, flashlight and a USB output for topping up a phone or small device. In daily use the solar panel and hand crank extend run-time indefinitely while sunlight or muscle power is available. Heavy cloud cover or extended blackout periods will eventually drain the reserve if the USB port is used continuously. The SOS alarm and flashing red light draw extra current, so they should be reserved for genuine emergencies.

Compact build for grab-and-go kits

At 6.5 by 2.4 by 3.5 inches the radio fits in a backpack side pocket or a glove compartment without crowding other gear. A built-in headphone jack lets you monitor weather alerts quietly without disturbing others nearby. The flashlight frees up a separate torch, and the USB port removes the need for a dedicated power bank for basic phone charging. Buyers who need sustained high-wattage device charging or multi-band two-way communication will need additional equipment.

Questions about this item

Will the YX328 radio charge my older phone that only accepts a standard USB-A cable?

Yes, the USB port on the YX328 delivers power from its 10000mAh battery, so any device that charges via USB-A can be topped up.

How do I confirm the NOAA weather scan is actually monitoring the 7 channels on my YX328?

Turn the weather-scan function on; the radio will cycle through the 7 NOAA bands and sound an alert tone whenever a warning is broadcast.

Does the YX328 box include a charging cable or must I supply my own?

The supplier data lists only the radio itself — hand crank, solar panel, flashlight, headphone jack and SOS button are built in — so plan to use your own USB-A cable for phone charging.
