The Vszerda 2-in-1 hub combines a 12V 4-pin PWM fan controller with a 5V 3-pin addressable RGB splitter. It provides sixteen ports for each standard, allowing builders to connect multiple fans and LED strips from a single point. The unit draws power through dual SATA 15-pin connectors, removing the load from the motherboard headers. Magnetic standoffs secure the PMMA-cased PCB inside a steel chassis.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Powered directly by the PSU via SATA, the hub delivers consistent current to all sixteen fan headers without stressing the motherboard PWM circuit. The integrated RGB controller chip maintains synchronised lighting effects across every connected ARGB device during continuous operation. If the motherboard lacks a 5V 3-pin header, the onboard chipset runs sixteen preset lighting patterns automatically. Manual control is also supported for static colour or speed settings.

Interface Practical Limits

The ARGB ports accept only 5V 3-pin addressable devices; connecting 12V 4-pin RGB components will cause damage. Synchronisation across all sixteen channels requires a motherboard 5V 3-pin ARGB header; without it, the hub operates in standalone mode with its built-in effects. The SATA power connectors limit total current to the PSU's SATA rail rating, so very high-wattage fan arrays may exceed the available power budget.
