Connects a 15-pin camera cable to the 22-pin DSI display port on a Raspberry Pi 5
This adapter board connects a 15-pin camera or display cable to the 22-pin DSI connector on a Raspberry Pi 5. It lets builders use existing 15-pin ribbon cables with the newer board without soldering or custom wiring. The compact PCB sits inline and requires no external power or configuration.
The board contains only copper traces and connectors, so it draws no measurable power and generates no heat of its own. There are no active components, fans or regulators that could add noise or thermal load. Normal system thermals and acoustics remain unchanged.

Align the 15-pin flex cable with the Pi 5 DSI connector contacts facing the board, insert it straight in, then flip the locking latch down to secure it.
Replace the 22-pin cable if the display shows intermittent lines, colour shifts, or no image after reseating both ends of the adapter.
