Dual-Monitor KVM Switch for Two PCs

This Vszerda HDMI 2.0 KVM switch lets one keyboard, one mouse and two monitors control two computers. Each PC must connect two video cables to enable dual-monitor operation. Extended and mirrored desktop modes are supported, but both screens always show the same selected computer. The unit is new and requires no drivers for Windows, macOS or Linux.

Suits dual-screen workflows; not for split-PC views

It suits users who need two full-resolution displays from a single active system, such as developers, traders or video editors sharing peripherals between a workstation and a laptop. It will not suit buyers who want monitor A showing PC 1 while monitor B shows PC 2 simultaneously, because the switch routes both outputs from the same source at all times.

4K 60 Hz over HDMI 2.0 with HDCP 2.2

The single specification that decides compatibility is the maximum video signal: 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz carried over HDMI 2.0 with HDCP 2.2. Both computers and both monitors must support this interface and resolution for the switch to pass the signal correctly; lower resolutions are accepted through downward compatibility.

Questions about this item

Will the front-panel buttons or the remote control wear out first?

Both switching methods are mechanical; the buttons on the unit and the separate remote can each be replaced independently if they fail.

What bandwidth ceiling appears first when running dual 4K 60 Hz displays?

Each HDMI 2.0 link tops out at 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz, so the interface itself is the limiting factor.

How much heat does the metal chassis produce during all-day operation?

The passive metal enclosure dissipates heat silently; no fan is present and the supplier notes no thermal throttling.
