Two-Computer KVM with DP and HDMI Inputs

This Vszerda KVM switch lets one keyboard, mouse and monitor control two PCs or laptops. It accepts a DisplayPort source and an HDMI source, then outputs over a single HDMI connection. Four USB 2.0 ports allow shared access to printers, scanners, flash drives or webcams. Power is drawn from the USB link, so no external adapter is required.

4K 30 Hz on HDMI, 1080p on DisplayPort

The HDMI input and output support 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz, while the DisplayPort input is limited to 1920 x 1080. This covers office work, web browsing and video playback, but falls short for high-refresh gaming or colour-critical workflows. The unit switches by front-panel button or the supplied infrared remote, which needs two AAA batteries; keyboard hotkeys are not supported.

A metal enclosure houses the circuitry and provides four USB 2.0 ports for peripherals. The switch works with Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, XP, Vista, Mac OS, Linux and Chrome OS without drivers.
