Connects two computers to dual monitors at up to 8K@30Hz or 4K@144Hz with four USB 3.0 ports and a wired remote
This DisplayPort KVM switch lets two computers share a single keyboard, mouse and two monitors. It supports wired or wireless input devices and provides four USB 3.0 ports for peripherals such as printers or storage drives. The unit draws power from the connected USB cables and includes a 1.5 m wired remote for convenient switching.
Changing between the two connected computers takes two to four seconds, giving a predictable transition rather than an instant handoff. Both monitors display content from the same active system and support extended or mirrored desktop modes. An external 5 V adapter is required only when high-power USB devices such as hard drives are attached.
The switch handles maximum resolutions of 8K at 30 Hz and 4K at 144 Hz, with downward compatibility for 2560×1440 at 144 Hz and 1920×1080 at 144 Hz. It complies with the DisplayPort 1.4 standard and remains backwards compatible with DisplayPort 1.2. Each connected computer must be capable of driving two displays for the dual-monitor feature to function.

The unit has no built-in fan and is powered through the USB cables from the connected computers, so it runs silently and produces only minimal warmth during continuous use.
Each computer needs two DisplayPort 1.4 outputs and a free USB-A port for the included USB cables; the switch includes four 1.5 m cable sets so no extra cables are required.
Yes, the switch is backwards compatible with DisplayPort 1.2 and lower, so 1920x1080@60Hz, 2560x1440@60Hz and other legacy resolutions display without issue.
