Share one 8K 60 Hz or 4K 144 Hz display, seven USB 2.0 devices, Ethernet and audio between two USB-C computers with 100 W charging
This Vszerda KVM switch lets two USB-C computers share one DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.1 monitor, seven USB 2.0 peripherals, an RJ45 network port and a 3.5 mm audio jack. A manual button on the unit toggles the active system. It supports video up to 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz and 1080p at 165 Hz. Up to 100 W of Power Delivery keeps the connected host charged during use.
Connect each computer with a standard USB-C Gen 2 cable and link the monitor with an 8K-rated DisplayPort or HDMI cable. The switch draws its own power through a supplied USB-C to USB-A cable that must be plugged in for operation. No drivers are required, but forgetting the auxiliary power cable is the most common reason the unit appears dead on arrival.
Both computers must provide video and data over USB-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode; a pure charging port will not work. The monitor cable must meet the 8K DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.1 specification to reach the advertised refresh rates. Verify that your USB peripherals operate on USB 2.0 bandwidth, as no faster ports are present.

The front-panel Switch button toggles between the two USB-C upstream ports; when the correct input is selected your monitor will report an 8K 60 Hz signal over the DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.1 output.
The unit requires a USB-C to USB-A cable for power (noted as mandatory), two USB-C Gen-2 cables for the computer links, and your own DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.1 cable to the monitor; peripheral cables for the seven USB 2.0 ports, the RJ45 jack and the 3.5 mm audio jack are also user-supplied.
Both DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 support 4K at 144 Hz on this switch, so pick the one that matches your monitor's input.
