2x1 HDMI Switch Audio Extractor
This Vszerda unit connects two HDMI sources to one display while pulling the audio signal out to separate outputs. It is built for users who need to feed a modern TV or projector and simultaneously drive an external sound system, headphones or amplifier.
4K 60Hz 10-bit HDR headroom
The switch passes 4K at 60 Hz with 10-bit HDR and HDCP 2.3, handling RGB 8:8:8 and YCbCr 4:4:4, 4:2:2 and 4:2:0 colour formats. It supports 3D video and HDMI audio formats up to 7.1 channels including Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, but it cannot process resolutions or refresh rates beyond the 4K 60 Hz limit.
IR remote and four-mode audio toggle
A supplied IR remote selects the active HDMI input, while a four-position switch sets the extracted audio to TV, 2.0, 5.1 or 7.1 channel mode. The bundle includes the switch, remote and power adapter so the audio extractor works immediately with optical, coaxial, 3.5 mm and HDMI audio outputs.

Questions about this item
Will this 2x1 HDMI switch pass 4K 60Hz video to my older 1080p projector while sending audio to a separate receiver?
Yes, the switch supports 4K at 60Hz and HDCP 2.3 on its HDMI output, so it will downscale to 1080p for the projector while simultaneously extracting audio through optical, coaxial or 3.5 mm connections for your receiver.
How can I verify that ARC or eARC is actually working after I connect everything?
Play a Dolby Atmos or DTS:X test clip; if the receiver shows the corresponding format and the 4-speed audio toggle is set to 5.1 or 7.1, ARC or eARC is passing the bitstream correctly.
Does the package include HDMI cables for the two inputs and the output, or do I need to buy them separately?
The box contains the switch, an IR remote and a power adapter; HDMI cables for the two sources and the display are not included and must be purchased separately.
