Six-way TRRS splitter

The Vszerda adapter converts one 3.5mm four-pole TRRS jack into six TRRS female ports, letting up to six headsets with combined microphone and audio plugs connect to a single laptop, smartphone or gaming console. It is aimed at families or small groups who want to share music, movies or game audio without passing a single headset around.

Capacity and headroom

Each of the six ports accepts a 4-pole TRRS connector, so microphone and stereo audio pass through simultaneously. The splitter does not support 3-pole TRS microphones, and audio quality will depend on the source device’s output stage; very long or high-impedance headsets may exceed the available drive current.

Build and everyday use

Gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and maintain signal integrity over repeated insertions. The 1.5ft cable keeps the hub close to the source device, reducing strain on the host jack while remaining short enough to avoid tangles in a backpack or on a desk. At 0.05 kg the unit adds negligible weight to a mobile setup.

Questions about this item

Will the 3.5 mm TRRS male plug on this splitter work with the single combo audio jack on my older laptop?

Yes, the splitter follows the CTIA wiring standard used by most modern laptops, smartphones and tablets, so the 4-pole plug fits the combined headphone/microphone port on those devices.

How can I confirm the microphone path is active after plugging in six headsets?

Speak into each headset’s boom mic while monitoring the input level in your OS sound settings; all six should register because every female port is wired for TRRS microphone and audio.

Does the package include any extra cables or adapters, or just the 1.5 ft splitter itself?

Only the 1-to-6 TRRS splitter is supplied; no additional cables or gender changers are included.
