A 4-port HDMI 2.0 KVM switch lets one keyboard, mouse and monitor control four computers with USB 3.0 hub ports at 5Gbps and audio output
This Vszerda KVM switch lets a single keyboard, mouse and monitor manage four computers, laptops or DVRs. Two extra USB 3.0 hub ports provide data transfer up to 5 Gbps, ten times faster than USB 2.0. The unit supports HDMI 2.0, HDCP 2.2 and HDR10 with automatic EDID handling. No driver installation is required for Windows, Linux or macOS systems.
The four-port design removes the need to physically reconnect peripherals when moving between machines. It is a worthwhile upgrade when a two-port KVM no longer covers the number of active systems or when USB 2.0 hub speed becomes a bottleneck for external storage. The switch also adds audio output so speakers stay connected while sources change.
The package supplies a 3.94 ft USB power cable, four 4.92 ft USB 3.0 cables and four 4.92 ft HDMI cables plus a wired remote push button. Four switching methods — hotkey, mouse gesture, front button and remote — adapt to different workflows. Buyers whose sources lack native HDMI must add an active converter with a built-in chip to guarantee compatibility.

The box includes four 4.92 ft HDMI cables, four 4.92 ft USB 3.0 cables and one 3.94 ft USB power cable; each computer connects via one HDMI and one USB 3.0 cable, the monitor uses the HDMI output, and the switch draws power from the supplied USB cable.
Hotkey switching uses Num Lock + Num Lock + 1/2/3/4 + Enter, or Ctrl + Ctrl + 1/2/3/4 + Enter, or Scroll Lock + Scroll Lock + 1/2/3/4 + Enter; the step often missed is pressing the modifier key twice before the port number and Enter.
Replace or add a higher-current USB power cable if the switch becomes unstable when all four ports are active, since the unit relies on that cable for power and the supplied length is 3.94 ft.
