Share four USB peripherals across four computers using a driver-free USB 2.0 switch with push-button or remote control and LED status indicators
This USB 2.0 KVM switch lets four computers share up to four USB peripherals such as keyboards, mice, printers and scanners. It is aimed at small-office or home users who need to control multiple hosts with a single input set. No external power supply is required for basic operation. The unit includes a wired remote for convenient switching from a short distance.
Verify that each host has a free USB Type-A port and that your peripherals do not require USB 3.0 speeds or proprietary drivers. The switch is driver-free for Windows XP through 10, Vista and Mac OS 8.6 or later. Wireless keyboard and mouse receivers are supported, but hotkey switching is not available. Ensure you have space for the four included USB cables.
Under continuous use the switch maintains stable USB 2.0 signalling at up to 480 Mbps for each active channel. LED indicators show which computer currently owns the bus, and the mechanical button plus remote give two manual switching paths. Because the device draws power from the host ports, very high-draw peripherals may need their own supply during long sessions.

The box includes the KVM switch, four USB cables, a remote control and a user manual. No extra cables are needed, but the remote requires a battery which is not supplied.
Both methods control the same four ports; press the button on the unit or use the handheld remote from a short distance. LED indicators show which computer is active.
The switch runs at USB 2.0 speeds up to 480 Mbps, which is ample for keyboards, mice, printers and scanners; all four ports share this bandwidth.
