What this switch does
The Vszerda HDMI 2.1 bi-directional switch routes signals between two sources and one display, or between one source and two displays. It handles 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz with a 48 Gbps bandwidth ceiling. The aluminium chassis carries a manual selector button for instant switching.
Who it suits and who it does not
Gamers running a PS5 and Xbox Series X on one 4K 120 Hz monitor will appreciate the VRR and Dolby Vision pass-through. Home-theatre owners needing simultaneous output to two screens should look elsewhere, as the splitter mode shows only one display at a time. Buyers without HDMI 2.1 cables will not reach the advertised refresh rates.
Capacity and headroom
The switch comfortably carries 8K 60 Hz, 4K 120 Hz, 5120×1440 120 Hz and 1080p 240 Hz signals with full 4:4:4 chroma and HDR10 metadata. It runs out of headroom for any resolution or refresh combination that exceeds the 48 Gbps link budget, and it cannot drive two displays concurrently in splitter mode.

Questions about this item
What HDMI cable standard do I need to get 4K at 120 Hz from this switch?
A certified HDMI 2.1 cable is required to reach the 48 Gbps bandwidth needed for 4K@120Hz.
Will my older 1080p monitor still work if I connect it through this switch?
Yes, the switch is backward compatible with earlier HDMI standards and supports 1080p up to 240 Hz.
How can I verify the switch is passing HDR and VRR correctly after I set it up?
Check the display’s on-screen information menu; it should report HDR10 or Dolby Vision active and show the VRR indicator when a compatible source is playing.
