What this KVM switch does

The Vszerda bi-directional HDMI 2.0b switch connects two sources to one display or one source to two displays. It supports 4K at 60 Hz and 1080p at 120 Hz. Audio formats include DTS-HD, Dolby TrueHD and LPCM 7.1. The unit is aimed at home-theatre and gaming setups.

Installing and common issues

Plug the three HDMI cables in and press the button to toggle signals; no external power supply is needed. The aluminium case handles heat dissipation. Only one screen can be active at a time, so simultaneous dual-display output is not possible. HDCP 2.2 support helps avoid handshake problems with consoles and streaming sticks.

Check your cables and sources first

Verify that your HDMI cables are rated for 18 Gbps bandwidth to reach 4K 60 Hz. Confirm each source outputs a supported resolution such as 2160p, 1080p or 720p. Ensure the display accepts HDCP 2.2 if you plan to use protected content from a cable box or game console.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the switch is passing 4K@60Hz and HDR correctly after connecting my PS5 and monitor?

Play HDR content at 4K@60Hz and verify the display reports 18Gbps signal with HDCP 2.2 active; the front button toggles sources instantly with no flicker.

The box lists an HDMI cable — do I need two more cables to run 2-in-1-out with my Xbox and Roku?

One HDMI cable is included; add two more certified 18Gbps cables to connect both sources and the display for 2-in-1-out operation.

I only need 1080p@120Hz for competitive gaming — is the 4K@60Hz version still the right choice?

Yes, the same unit handles 1080p@120Hz and 4K@60Hz; no separate model exists, so this switch covers both use cases.
